Please refer to our calendar to show what blocks of time are currently available. If price is a concern, please inquire to see if there might be any flexibility. We can often find ways to support groups that host consistent gatherings or partner alongside us to co-host specific blocks of time. We encourage groups to reach out to us at least 6-8 weeks before your event.
Daytime Rentals
Our space is open to the public Saturdays from 12-5p. For any events booked during this time, we will divide the space so that folks can still drop in and visit our gallery or hang out in the lounge. These blocks of time are ideal for groups doing smaller gatherings, workshops, or classes.
Evening Rentals
After 5p, groups receive exclusive use of the 3 Dots space. If you are interested in co-hosting an event on Tuesday night during our “Tuesday on the Terrace” gatherings or during a “First Friday”, we offer the space free of charge for those who partner alongside us.
Consistent Bookings? If you would like to book more than 2 events per month, you can join us as a Resident Organization and get 25% off the hourly rate.
Contract Details
- Security Deposit: 50% is required when signing the contract in order to hold your dates.
- Set-up: All events should account for a minimum of 30 mins for set-up and 30 mins for tear-down included in your booking time.
- Cleaning Fee: All bookings are charged a one-time cleaning fee of $125
- Cancelation Policy:
- No penalty if your event is canceled at least 6 weeks out from the event.
- 50% of your deposit is held if your event is canceled up to four weeks out.
- Full deposit is held if canceled within the four weeks of your event.
