Ridgelines’ Blood Lines Monthly

April 29 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Ridgelines is happy to announce Blood Lines Monthly, a series of gatherings for women-identifying and nonbinary central Pennsylvanians to share stories, poetry, writings, and other language arts about reproductive experiences. These gatherings build on the community that has formed over the last two years of honoring, celebrating, and telling our truths about reproductive experiences through the Blood Lines events we’ve held in the fall of 2023 and 2024 and look forward to holding again in the fall of 2025.

We welcome new voices, along with those who have experienced past Blood Lines programs. Workshop participants need not commit to performing in the Blood Lines event this coming fall in order to attend these monthly gatherings.

Would you like to gather in a safe, creative, and non-judgemental space to share language arts about reproductive experiences? In these monthly meetings we will write, listen, witness, and engage in conversation on a range of topics such as pregnancy, parenting, abortion, contraception, childlessness, adoption, sex and sexuality, sterilization, infertility, stillbirth, loss of a child, miscarriage, menstruation, menopause, and more.

Suggested Donation: This program is offered on a sliding scale donation basis, as we want everyone to be able to participate regardless of what you can pay! We suggest donations in the range of $0-$25-$50 per workshop. All contributions will help to ensure equitable access to this program, and will also support the voices and imaginations of underserved women and girls, non-binary, and queer folks who participate in Ridgelines’ other community language arts programs.
