For each meditation, dress comfortably and bring anything you need to be comfortable for an hour of sitting. You may also lie down if desired. Couches & other seating are also available.
July 29 Meditation: Loving kindness. Using our breath and a mantra, we explore offering unconditional love and blessings upon ourselves and those around us.
August 26 Meditation: Mindfulness. A practice in accepting the present moment, and allowing ourselves to be complete, whole, and happy exactly as we are.
September 16 Meditation: Chakras. An introduction to, and movement through, our 7 sacred energy centers. Exploring the colors, sounds, temperatures and vibrations that exist in our energy bodies.
October 28 Meditation: Breath and Body exploration. A patient, observant practice in breathing deeply and fully while watching all of the spaces our breath can fill, clear, and heal.
